Everything you need: Everything you need is included in the price. You just supply the artwork and we will do everything else*. If you’re not sure exactly what you need, then give our professional team a call and we will go through it all with you.

Everything you need. One fixed price. 

  • 2m wide lockable counter unit with two white stools 

  • Full colour printed front infill panel for counter (1890mm x 915mm)

  • 55” monitor with floor stand & optional laptop shelf

  • ​Two freestanding LED lightboxes (2000mm x 800mm)

  • Two full colour printed tension fabric prints for lightboxes

  • Hire period of up to 3 days 

 

Price: £850 (including VAT)

 

Price includes VAT, transportation, installation & de-rig at close of meeting/event

Additonal notes about our meeting kits 

  • Monitors & lightboxes to be connected to existing electrical points.

  • Counter sides will be plain white foamex, full-colour prints to side panels subject to additional quotation.

  • Aluminium frames have printed graphics to one side only, double-sided subject to additional quotation.

  • Installs assume a maximum distance of 75 miles from our premises in Atherstone, Warwickshire, installs outside this radius are subject to additional quotation.

  • AV equipment not specified is not included, i.e, laptops, these can be supplied at additional cost.

  • Artwork costs are excluded, high resolution artwork for all printed panels is to be provided 14 days prior to the event.

  • All installation costs assume acceptable access to event areas.

  • Please note that: 100% payment due on opening day of event.

  • Freestanding message board with full colour printed foamboard infill, cost each £80.00 plus VAT.

 

  • Bistro seating set, glass bistro table plus 2 x white stools, cost per set £80.00 plus VAT.

  • Barrier posts, cost each £10.00 plus VAT.

  • Freestanding ‘lollipop’ sign supports complete with A1 size full colour printed foamboard graphic, cost each £40.00 plus VAT.
